What's required to start?
You'll first need to complete an Insertion Order and pay the sign-up fee. From there, all we need to do is setup your reward, on our end, and obtain your merchant ID number.

How do you verify consumer transactions?
We have access to consumer transaction and location data, which they share with us.
We are also integrated into the payment and banking network and together, with the consumer data, we are able to verify and validate whether or not someone has made a qualifying purchase and is owed cashback, or not.

How do I reconcile all the transactions?
You'll be able to view the transaction details in your merchant dashboard.
We share all the necessary transaction data with you, in order for you to reconcile the purchases on your end; the transaction date, card type, last four of card or account used and the transaction amount.

What rewards are supported?
All of our rewards are structured in a % cashback format (eg. 25% cashback), ranging from 1% to 35%, and are dynamically updated, to drive customers to your business.
We currently canβt support rewards that are related to specific items or only offered during a specific time (i.e. buy one get one, etc) because we canβt verify exactly what was purchased or the exact time when something was purchased.

You reimburse us at the end of every week for any cashback that we invoice you for.
